Autumn in Canada is the most beautiful and best season for family portrait ! With furry family member, outdoor session in wonderfully warm afternoon is just extremely fun and lively ! I hope everyone enjoyed as much as I did in this entire session !

Autumn is the best time for outdoor photo shooting. What a lovely evening ! Gorgeous autumn color and mood inspired me more and little girls’ wonderful energy added more fun and spark for my images. Thanks to their Mom and Dad working very hard to take control for the entire session. I hope they will enjoy these photos for many prosperous years to come …

I had wonderful time capturing this family’s Shichigosan, children’s traditional celebration of Japan. They started rather shy then gradually energetic and radiant ! I love to see the transition of mood to be brighten the whole studio. I hope they enjoyed this cultural experience as much as I did …

I had a wonderful time by capturing her business profile photos ! The theme for this project is “liberation for the soul” I hope my images convey her passion and energy to all her clients in the world … I am extremely happy to be part of this incredible project !

Lots of beautiful summer harvests keep coming at Jambican Studio Gardens ! In the hot and humid afternoon I had great time to shoot some new produce and cheerful hard working people. Visiting this organic farm always energies me and give calming energy.

I did not see the cat this time … hope he comes back soon …

I had a wonderful time by photo-shooting the family portraits in the evening of humid summer 2022 ! it was a fun session of happy family get-together ! Our original plan was to have an breezy outdoor gathering but all the sudden! Pouring rain forced us to have a cozy indoor session instead… maybe next time we can try again in the winter before Christmas …

I am extremely lucky again to be able to capture the simple miracles at beautiful Jambican studio gardens in summer 2022! I truly enjoy visiting the farm to witness the growth of amazing organic produce. The Jambican family always welcome everyone with joyful energy !

In the beautiful evening in June, we had a fun portrait session ! This cheerful flute trio will have concerts soon and the images will be used for their profile. I am so happy to meet all three ! and enjoyed a little private concert for me ! So lovely !

I had the privilege of capturing the 88th milestone “Beijyu” 米寿　for my Tea ceremony sensei, my husband’s Japanese teacher, and long-time friend in Ottawa. 88th is special age in Japan and those who achieve it deserve recognition. We call it Beijyu, in which the first Chinese character resembles 88. In cool breeze of May we had a fun session together before the huge party in June. Congratulations ! Omedeto Gozaimasu ! I am looking forward to the next milestone “Sotsujyu”　卒寿　！

I had a wonderful opportunity of beautiful portrait session for this family’s Shichigosan celebration ! On the gorgeous spring afternoon in May, although a bit chilly and windy, we had an amazing time capturing the special moments of joy. I am so happy and thankful to be able to take girls’ bright smile with a lots of help by everyone in this family !
